This docket is for applications brought by the County Attorney's Office under Chapter 574 of the Texas Health & Safety Code.  

Defendants in a criminal matter seeking information on the Mental Health Deferral Program should review the Mental Health Department page.

If you are a patient who is detained at a medical facility pursuant to a mental health warrant, order of protective custody or pending application for order of protective custody or civil commitment order and need to contact the court.  Please email mentalhealth@mctx.org and include your name, patient ID number for outside contact, and name of the facility.  THIS IS ONLY FOR CURRENT PATIENTS.

DOCKETS: 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:30 pm unless there is a holiday in which case Tuesday and Thursday (check with the Court to confirm on holiday weeks) at 1:30 pm
